Our state-of-the-art plant, facilities and techniques ensure 100% quality at competitive cycle times and prices. We manufacture single parts, families of parts, kitting, and partial-to-complete assembly. Our expertise is in machining parts that are under 32” cube or 20” OD. We have capacity for Ø18.0” max x 36.0” Long on the Cylindrical Grinding.
- We have extensive experience machining aluminum and a variety of hard metals including: Stainless Steel (300 Series, 400 Series, 17-4), Inconel, Nickel Alloys, Titanium, etc.
- We use state-of-art CAD/CAM systems, including SolidWorks, Catia, hyperMill, Esprit and Mastercam
- We use a highly efficient, ERP system with advances in Production Control, Quality Documentation and Capacity Planning
- As of 2019, Dishon has full in-house grinding capability and the ability to grind to tolerances .0001″ and above
